Insurance

There is, in general, a considerable lack of knowledge of who is responsible for what, regarding cargo transportation.

Whether your transportation is subject to the rules established by the CMR Convention (Road transportation), International Conventions of Haia-Visby, COGSA and Hamburg (Maritime), CIM Expedition statement or Railroad freight bill (Railroad), AWB (Aerial) or a Multimodal transport contract, the truth is that your cargo may not be properly insured in the event of some disaster occurring and you may still be called to account for the losses of others, for having made available the necessary means for the transportation of your cargo.

In the Internet there is plenty of information regarding guarantees, protections and obligations. We are, of course, at your disposal to clarify and inform you about everything you require, however we can’t stress enough the importance of having your cargo insured when transporting it.
